I use exclusively high quality couverture chocolate from the brand Kaoka, which one will not find elsewhere in Austria. The cocoa beans are certified organic and Fair Trade. The cocoa plantations are mainly located in the Dominican Republic, in Ecuador, and in Sao Tome. The cocoa seeds are carefully extracted in order to optimize flavor and to uphold sustainability of the raw product.

In contrast to many other brands, my chocolate is made with pure cocoa butter. According to EU laws, chocolate may be comprised of up to 5% plant oil. While this option is more affordable, the quality of the chocolate suffers.

My products are free of alcohol and any kind of artificial ingredients. The taste is the result of a gentle assembly of spices, fruits, and teas.
